Step 1: Eligibility
We are open to students of all academic years and majors at UCSD as long as you have declared a minor or concentration in accounting, finance, business analytics, or digital technology
Academic Requirement:
Maintain an overall GPA minimum of 3.0 in your major or concentration.
Transfer students: 3.30 transfer GPA if you don't yet have a UCSD GPA
Provisionally accepted into the Master of Accountancy, Finance, or Business Data Analytics program at Rady also qualifies

Gather your documents
Unofficial transcript, a recent resume, and (if applicable) proof of admission into a graduate program.
SUBMIT BY THE DEADLINE
Fall 2026 applications are due Saturday, October 10. Deadlines for winter and spring are posted on our events calendar. Late applications roll to the following quarter.

After you submit your application, watch your email for a scheduling link to sign up for an interview slot, this happens before decisions go out.
Watch for your invoice
If accepted, you'll receive your first dues invoice by email. See Step 4 for details.

Membership in Beta Alpha Psi includes access to professionals, events, and community. As a nationally recognized chapter, our members earn lifelong status in the Beta Alpha Psi honorary organization, with formal recognition of their academic excellence and professional commitment.
$85
One-time national initiation fee (new members only), paid to Beta Alpha Psi National
$25 per quarter
Undergraduate members
$15 per quarter
Graduate members
New members: Your first invoice combines the one-time initiation fee and your first quarter's dues ($110 for undergraduates, $100 for graduate students). After that, you pay only quarterly dues. Joining in winter or spring? You only pay for the quarters you're a member.
Returning members: Quarterly dues are invoiced within the first two weeks of each quarter.
Dues are due by Friday of Week 3 each quarter. Summers are not charged, since we don't host events.
Beta Alpha Psi – Omicron Theta Chapter reserves the right to revoke membership for non-payment of dues. Dues are non-refundable in the event of removal.
